Q: What does it cost to have the moisture removed from a window?

A: Our price varies by window size and type, but typically it is 1/2–2/3 the cost of window replacement.

Q: How long does the process take?

A: A typical window will have the process complete in less than one hour.

Q: How do you remove the moisture from within a window?

A: With our restoration process, the cycle of moisture accumulation is reversed. Using our patented process, our technicians effectively re-engineer the window by introducing breathing holes so the window can expel moisture on its own. Please refer to the Our Process section for a more detailed explanation.

Q: Do you remove the window to work on it?

A: No. The window is worked on "in place" so there is no disruption to exterior or interior finishing.

Q: You advertise a 20-year warranty. How long has the process been available?

A: The process has been used since the late 1980s. To date, over 120,000 windows have had moisture permanently removed.

Q: What areas do you work in?

A: We work on windows in the Greater Edmonton Area, including but not limited to Leduc, Devon, Beaumont, Sherwood Park, and St. Albert.

Q: Are you insured?

A: Yes, Perfectly Clear Windows is fully insured.
