1. Your window(s) will be re-serviced if visible moisture remains in the window(s) for more than 10 weeks after the Perfectly Clear process has been completed.
    
2. A replacement window will be arranged if your window is broken during the restoration process. Choice of replacement window shall be at the sole discretion of Perfectly Clear Window Solutions Inc. A window comparable to the original shall be provided.
    
3. A complete refund will be given if Perfectly Clear is unable to remove the moisture from between the window panes. The refund will be at the sole discretion of Perfectly Clear Window Solutions Inc.
    
4. Perfectly Clear will install new valves and/or seals if moisture appears in the window within the 10-year warranty period.
